Common Specifications
- Opening: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 1", 2" and any other multiple sizes or metric sizes.
- Wire: 0.4mm-5mm (or in BWG & AWG wire gauge)
- Roll Width: 500mm to 4000mm
- Roll Length: 1m to 100m
- Packing: moisture resistance paper, stretch plastic film, shrink plastic film, in bulk or on pallets or in wooden box
Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh
There are fours types of welded wire mesh according to the galvanizing type and how to galvanize.
Electro-galvanized before welded Electro-galvanized after welded Hot dipped galvanized before welded (GBW) Hot dipped galvanized after welded (GAW)
Electro-galvanized(EG) is a cost saving way in galvanizing comparing to hot dipped galvanized(HDG), but HDG performs much better in rust-resistance. It is decided by the different zinc volume on the wire surface.
Zinc volume is the main factor that decides the performance of corrosion resistance. Enzar Metal is capable of producing the welded wire mesh in both galvanized wire and black wire. Due to the burning of the zinc from the galvanized wire surface while welding, only under galvanized after welding process, the intersection parts will be covered with zinc protection, which is not easily to get rusted.

PVC/Vinyl Coated Welded Wire Mesh
This type of welded wire mesh is first welded using black wire or galvanized wire to form the mesh and then processed with thermal dipped PVC/Vinyl coating. Plastic material is a better way to keep moisture and air from steel rusting. By covering every part of the welded wire mesh with PVC layer, there is not any exposure to the environment for welded wire mesh from Enzar Metal, as a result, it will last much longer. The PVC material we use is UV resistance and wide temperature range and has good anti-aging property.

Stainless steel welded wire mesh is the strongest and most lasting type because the nature of stainless steel material. It needs no additional protection finish like PVC coated or galvanized. Euro Style Welded Wire Fence Roll
Euro style welded wire fence Roll is a special design for fencing purpose. It is original from Europe and becomes very popular all over the world. It is ideal for private garden, parking lot, landscaping closure and so on. It is the perfect fencing products of easily installation, low cost and good appearance.
This design is featured at the crimped horizontal wire and reinforced selvedge at the top and bottom. It is considerate that our horizontal wire is properly crimped for the rain drop to fall easily. We have PVC coated type and hot dipped type available in our stock. We use galvanized inner wire for the PVC coated type for outdoor application. Dark Green (RAL 6005) is the common color.
