Bastion Barrier

Securest bastion barrier, also known as blast wall, is a type of defensive barrier generally used in dangerous spots around the globe such as Iraq, Afghanistan and other places with ever-present threats. As its name implies, Securest bastion barrier is ideal to protect troops and civilian personnel from attacks from terrorists, insurgents and other adversaries. In addition, they are also ideal to define boundaries, secure vehicles, equipment and other critical assets.

Specification

Our Securest bastion barriers, as a variant of gabion basket, can provide efficient and reliable protection. They are composed of welded wire mesh panels connected by spiral joints and lined with heavy duty non-woven polypropylene geotextile to prevent filling materials from leaking out from mesh openings. Recoverable style Securest is an enhanced version in the same sizes, deploy & fill methods as standard Securest bastion barrier. But it offers an easy removal at the end of its use - just removing one joint pin and let the filling material flow freely from the barrier unit. Thus, barriers can be recovered in a simple, cost-saving way; meanwhile, they can be flat packed and transported to another projects easily.

Barrier Installation

  • 1. Unpack the collapsible wire mesh container from package.
  • 2. Unfold the barrier and connect barriers to reach the designed length
  • 3. Fill soil, sand or gravel into the container. The common machine is front end loader.
  • 4. Compact the content
  • 5. Add layers if required.
